The MCFRS Works 2nd Alarm In Gaithersburg, MD
Today at 1424 hours units from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services were dispatched to 301 Palmspring Drive for a report of a building on fire. Units arrived and found heavy fire on all three floors of the Charlie Side middle of the row. Crews initially went offensive and the EVAC tones sounded at 1441 hours crews then darkened down the heavy fire loads and went back interior at 1459 hours.

Fire guts top floors of Gaithersburg building
A fire in a Gaithersburg condominium building left 12 families temporarily homeless this afternoon.
The blaze started on the rear exterior of the three-story building on Palmspring Drive in the Muddy Branch area, according to Capt. Oscar Garcia, a spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue.
